As a kid I helped my mum rearrange the furniture every season.

I've always been surrounded by people who have a love for design. I studied cinema at Monash University before moving to Swinburne University of Technology so I could get my hands dirty and start making films myself.

​

After graduating I got a call from an art director working on an 1860s bushranger feature and wound up building early settler huts, saddling horses and tea-staining fake historical money for two months.

 

I've leapt from art assistant to set dresser to production designer in the five years since then but I still find time to help mum rearrange her furniture.
